Fill Out A Credit Application

Credit will only be extended after a detailed credit check is completed including references. Your authorization will provide us the approval to release the banking information to Equifax Canada.

On approval of credit, a credit limit will be established by the Credit Department. Orders received when the customer is over their credit limit will be accepted solely at the discretion of the Credit Department.

All credit privileges are automatically terminated upon receipt of an N.S.F. cheque. Credit privileges will be withheld until satisfactory arrangements are made regarding the full outstanding balance, including service charge. We agree to pay the account balance within 30 days of invoice date, and will accept carrying charges of 2% per month, 26.8 per annum on any overdue balance.

We hereby authorize E.C.S. Electrical Cable Supply Ltd. (“E.C.S.”) to obtain such credit reports or other information as may be deemed necessary in connection with the establishment and maintenance of an account or for any other direct business reason.

The Applicant(s) affirm that all information given in this Application is true and complete. The Applicant(s) consent to E.C.S., obtaining from any Credit Reporting Agency or Credit Grantor such information as E.C.S. may require at any time in connection with the credit hereby applied for and consents to the disclosure or exchange at any time of any information concerning the Applicant(s) to any Credit Reporting Agency or Credit Grantor with which E.C.S. deals.

Privacy: E.C.S. may collect personal or business information (“Information”) from and/or disclose Information to E.C.S.’s agents, affiliates, third party service providers, credit bureaus, credit reporting agencies, other credit grantors, financing partners, and/or any person we have or propose to have financial relations with as well as third parties who wish to become involved in the syndication of a loan, lease, or other investment in which Information is relevant, or who are involved in risk assessment or due diligence in the context of a financial transaction or proposed financial transaction. We also authorize any person whom E.C.S. may contact in this regard to provide Information to E.C.S. We acknowledge that E.C.S.’s financing partners may transfer and store Information in other jurisdictions and as a result, Information may be lawfully accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the laws of those jurisdictions. E.C.S. may collect, use, and disclose our or other personal identifiers to verify and report credit information to credit bureaus or credit reporting agencies as well as to confirm our identities. By choosing to provide you with Information, we are consenting to its use in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, or the BC Personal Information Protection Act, as applicable.
